Three humpback whales, feeding cooperatively in the fog, begin to surface simultaneously.
All mouths still open, one lunges to the surface vertically, while the other two surface on their sides.

The flippers of the outer two whales can be clearly as they complete their lunges with their backs to the closest whale.
On the left you can see the expanded throat containing water and fish, and with water now being filtered back out of the mouth.
